1.1 These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations of the seller, RaceHolders.com, operated by

("Seller"), and the buyer ("Customer") in connection with the purchase of goods via the online store located at www.raceholders.com ("E-shop").

1.2 These Terms are drafted in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.

1.3 By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Ordering and Contract Conclusion

2.1 All product presentations in the E-shop are informative and do not constitute a legally binding offer.

2.2 The purchase contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the Customer’s order via email.

2.3 The contract is concluded in English. The Seller archives the contract in electronic form and it is not accessible to third parties.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are final and stated in EUR, including VAT and all related fees, unless stated otherwise. 3.2 Payment methods available:

  • Online payment card (via secure payment gateway)
  • Bank transfer (only after individual consultation throught phone or e-mail)

3.3 The Customer is obliged to pay the purchase price before or at the time of delivery, depending on the payment method selected.

4. Delivery of Goods

4.1 The Seller delivers goods within the Czech Republic, EU, and other countries as specified in the E-shop.

4.2 Delivery costs depend on the chosen shipping method and are displayed before order confirmation.

4.3 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods within the time indicated in the product description. If delivery is delayed, the Customer will be informed without undue delay.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

5.1 A Customer who is a consumer (not purchasing within the scope of business activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

5.2 To exercise this right, the Customer must send written notice to the Seller’s address or email, clearly stating their decision to withdraw.

5.3 The Customer shall return the goods to the Seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

5.4 The Seller shall refund the purchase price, including the original delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if the Customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest offered), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5.5 The right to withdraw does not apply to goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1 The Seller provides a 24-month warranty for goods to consumers, in accordance with Czech law.

6.2 If the delivered goods are defective, the Customer is entitled to file a complaint. The Customer must notify the Seller without undue delay after discovering the defect.

6.3 Complaints shall be submitted in writing, together with the defective goods, to the Seller’s address.

6.4 The Seller will handle complaints in accordance with the applicable law, no later than 30 days after receiving the complaint, unless agreed otherwise with the Customer.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1 The Seller processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

7.2 The Customer’s personal data is processed solely for the purpose of contract performance, accounting, and marketing (only with explicit consent).

7.3 The Customer has the right to access, correct, or erase their personal data, and other rights under GDPR.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer arising from the purchase contract will be resolved under Czech law.

8.2 In the event of a consumer dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz).

8.3 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
